Ingredients:

Flour, sugar, molasses, oil, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg.

 

Instructions

Thaw the ginger dough

Preheat the oven to 180 C for 5 minutes.

Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop and roll into balls then lightly press it. Place on parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes.
