Flour, sugar, yeast, salt, olive oil, water



Thaw the dough

Pre-heat the oven to 230 C for 30 minutes (the oven needs to be very hot)

Grease a non-stick 30 cm diameter pan with olive oil.

Lightly flour a clean surface and roll the dough in a circle to fit your pan and place it in the pan. Brush with olive oil, add your sauce and toppings.

Bake for 15 minutes

Makes a medium size pizza
